Membership

To become a member of Piquo.com, you need to fill a membership form. You hereby agree that all information given by you is accurate, true and updated. Piquo.com reserves all rights to withdraw the membership of any user without any prior notice.


YOU MUST FULLY CONSENT TO ACTIONS OF SUSPENSION, REMOVAL, DELETION OR ANY ACTIONS PROBATIONARY STATUS MADE BY PIQUO AND WAIVE ANY CLAIM AGAINST PIQUO FOR ANY SUCH ACTIONS.

The website may provide you access to third party links. But these sites are neither supervised nor controlled by Piquo.com. We are not responsible for the accuracy, dependability or availability of data present on these third party links. You agree to bear the sole responsibility of any harm or damage arising out of use of such links or sites.


Termination

You acknowledge and agree to the fact that Piquo.com may terminate your access and use of this site and services anytime, with or without any prior notice, if found violating the rules of website usage. Piquo cannot be held liable for any loss incurred to you or any third party due to termination or suspension of your account. Waiver of Rights

A provision or right will not be considered waived off, if Piquo.com fails to enforce a right or any provision of this agreement. Even if any of the provisions is held unenforceable, remaining provisions shall stay fully effective.

Entire Agreement

Both 'Terms of Service Agreement' and 'Privacy Policy' are exclusive agreements between Piquo.com and the user of its services. We may modify, amend or revise these documents at any time at our sole discretion. We may choose to send you updates via email when modifications occur. Regardless of notification, modification will be effective from the date of posting to the site.
